For experts, an OpenAI integration assists with profile creation, giving new users a starting point they can review and edit. These features serve specific moments in the experience: getting established on the platform and finding an appropriate match.

The scope extended to scheduling, payment processing, session recordings, AI-generated transcripts, and refund handling. The application was designed to manage the interaction through completion, including charging for completed sessions and the time spent on the call.

Sales, marketing, design, development, and customer success teams contributed to the requirements. Shared business and user goals gave the delivery team a basis for decisions across the platform.
